All consultation appointments must be booked in advance. Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise agreed.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs bookings, consultations, workshops, digital offerings, and related services provided by The Mystic Guru, founded by Dr. Sachin Bansal.
All consultation appointments must be booked in advance. Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may be eligible for a one-time rescheduling or refund, subject to approval. Requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend may not qualify for a refund.
Clients may request one complimentary reschedule if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has commenced or the service has been delivered. Personalized guidance, reports, recommendations, and digital services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Workshop registrations are non-refundable. If The Mystic Guru cancels or reschedules a workshop, participants may choose a full refund or transfer their registration to a future session.
Due to the nature of downloadable or digital content, all purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refunds or replacements for physical products will be handled in accordance with the applicable return policy. Claims for damaged or incorrect items should be reported within the specified return period with supporting photographs.
If a consultation or workshop is cancelled by The Mystic Guru due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing timelines depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
