Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the session has commenced. Workshop registrations, digital products, and personalized reports are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
